HIGH FREQUENCY GENERATORS TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Proweld is the first and only Solid state high frequency welder manufactured in Turkey.
Proweld consists of three main units:
Solid state D.C.Powersupply unit
a.k.a.the power cabinet to be able to achieve satble and accurate welding power,th high frequency generator must be fed with very stable d.C.power.our power cabinet is more tan enough for this:stable,accurate and yet invincible.
Some brief properties of the power cabinet can be listed as:
- Thyristor Group
Water-cooled thyristor group that provide controlled steady D.C.voltage.
- Ripple Fitler
The system that increases the welding quality by minimizing ripple level and blocking the harmonics in the operation.
- Synchronization to line speed
The control system that increases or decreases the welding power according to the line speed.Both manual and automatic.
- Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)
Operasyonun tamamını kontrol eder.
- Water Flow Protection
Continuous monitoring of water flow throughout the whole unit.
- Air/Water heat exchanger
Closed-loop air circulation in the unit to keep the inside air temperatures at a low level.
- Power Transformer
Specially designed low-sizze power transformer that can produce high power made of M5 steel.
Solid State H.F.Generator Unit
In a continuous production,the quality totally depends on the reliability of the working machines.Having a Proweld High Frequency Generator in line,manufacturers reduce the scrap to a minimum.
Properties of the High Frequency Generator are briefly:

Designed to withstand harsh environment conditions..

All equipment including HF power modules are water-cooled.
- HF capacitor Group
Array of capacitors delivering high power with low voltage that reduce the sparking in the induction coil.
- Support Table with dual Axis Movement
Providing ease of adaptation of the system to the changes in the coil and form rolls.
- Water Flow protection
Continuous monitoring of water flow throughout the whole unit.
- Time Saving easy-Change Coil Assembly
Reduces the setup time between coil changes.
Cooling System
For the healthy operation of the two units mentioned above,a reliable cooling system is a part of Proweld.
Properties of the cooling system are briefly:
- Closed-Loop Operation
Closed loop purified water cycle.
- Heat Exchanger
Stainless steel plate type high effiency heat exchanger with plain water-purified water as working liquids.
- Water Pump
Stainless steel water pump providing high flow rates in low pressure.
